Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada, but please note we’re not using Canada Post at this time due to the ongoing strike. This means we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes.
How long is shipping?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on the carrier and destination. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We have free local pickup available in St. Catharines, Ontario. You’ll receive an email notification with instructions once your order is ready for pickup.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, should your candle arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll be happy to make it right!
What are your candles made with?
Each candle is made with a coconut soy wax blend, phthalate-free premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. We use only clean, high quality ingredients to ensure a beautiful, safe, and long lasting burn.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our 8 oz candles have an average burn time of 40+ hours when cared for properly. For the best results, always trim your wick to ÂĽ inch before lighting and let the wax melt evenly to the edges during each burn. You can find more helpful tips on our Candle Care page.
Do you offer custom or wholesale?
